Springtime….. love it!!!! Always a happy time of year! (Especially for an Empath). Unfortunately, we feel the seasons and just like all living things are dormant in the winter, sometimes so are we.
Springtime is a perfect time to take personal inventory , make adjustments and strive for balance. This is both fun and exciting. It is also an opportunity to pick up where you left off should winter have left you in a “slump.” Do not despair, you have a bucket list of things to check off and pipe-dreams to come to fruition! Haste makes waste. Hammer down and CREATE your happiness! We can always CREATE MORE GOODNESS in our lives.
A most precious commodity. I wish we could make more of it, but that is not possible without the use of a time machine.
Our lives are but tiny flickers in an everlasting flame. There is only one “now” and that is at that split second. There are 60 “nows” in one minute and there is nothing we can do to make more, BUT this is O.K. when your seconds MATTER and are not squandered. We can choose how to make mindful decisions about how to live and more importantly how to “think” about our placement in this life.
Love yourself (the “right” way) and it will trickle down like a waterfall onto all of the people who love you and whom you love…..Respect time, create joy and find peace my friends.
The softer side of Albert Einstein and yep, even he had one….I think it was a part of his incredible mind. His genius was infinite……..
(For J.G.C., whom I gave this to a long long time ago).
“A human being is a part of the whole,
called by us universe, a part limited in
time and space. He experiences himself,
his thoughts, and feelings as something
separated from the rest – a kind of optical
delusion of his consciousness. This delusion
is a kind of prison for us, restricting us
to our personal desires and to affection
for a few persons nearest to us. Our task
must be to free ourselves from this prison
by widening our circle of compassion to
embrace all living creatures and the whole
of nature in its beauty.” – Albert Einstein
Truth and potential is always a kick in the pants! No fair! I know, but our views of many things are driven by our feelings. Often, the way we feel about a being distorts our views of what we are truly looking at. It is a gift to know how to decipher the truth – vs – potential of any person. Why? Truth = the ring of truth and as we know it is the sound (ring) of our souls’ undeniable truth. Potential = the capacity and “hope” that whatever the truth is NOW will change in the future. Understand every being’s potential depends on only ONE thing, that they have a desire to change.
Seeing the truth – vs – potential is a necessity when it comes to making the most of your time and life (the essence of Becoming Eternally Infinite Navigating Grace). Life is good, my friends!
Peace, ah this is a little tricky. Peace is my Achilles heel! Simply stated, peace is our souls’ version of a litmus test to a life well lived. It is the vibrant melody of our soul when it sings from our core. It is more of an equation and a harmonious union between heart, mind and soul. For example; respect + love + dignity + integrity + tolerance +honesty + gratitude + mindfulness + truth + happiness + balance, etc. = peace. It appears to be quite a complex recipe and it is! Should one or a few of those things fall by the wayside our equation will not be complete. When we are missing peace we are veraciously trying to find it, searching heaven and earth. Since I am an optimist let’s say it is not that complicated, but does require the proper tools.
Let us not forget peace looks different for every person. The thing that holds true is no matter “what” assists us in creating it, it all leads to the same place, the same “feeling.”
does your thinking, yet the heart wants what it wants…..so the story goes…….
Often, they don’t speak the same language – an earthly everlastng challenge!!!
It is much easier to learn lessons the first time around. Be wise, my friends.
I have to say I don’t think of The Mayflower, Pilgrims and Indians, but (as usual) I do think about being grateful. I also think about being “graceful.”
Interesting how the words graceful and grateful are so similar? I am left feeling graceful when I can reflect on my life and experiences and feel grateful for all of my “teachers,” experiences and life lessons. Each and every one has value. They ALL count! (Even the ones that may require a band-aid or staple to put ourselves back together only to brush off our knees and forge ahead on our journey to a new and improved version ourselves – to help our personal ascention.
Be grateful and graceful. Everything counts! With thanks and love.
In these times where beings are ascending at very rapid rates, it would be quite common to find yourself striving/needing/wanting to live a life reflective being (no pun intended) “true” to yourself. Hence, you may find yourself “dumping the garbage.” You may want to; make amends, change jobs, move out-of-town, chase your dreams, make a difference, etc. These are drastic times and we feel the imbalance of the universal forces that be. Time is the friend no one and we also feel this. What can I say? This is the “truth” of time.
Authentic merely means “true.” It differs from fact or fiction. The kind of “truth” I am talking about is your soul’s siren to YOUR undeniable truth. Inside of you (where your righteous voice lives) is a blueprint. It is your blueprint and much like a fingerprint or snowflake. Our truth and our righteous voice are a few of the things which guide our “mindful thoughts” and from that “healthy change” is born.
As you move toward the place of “who you truly are” embracing all of your gifts, know that becoming eternally infinite navigating grace requires “truth.” Listen to your soul and you will get where you need to go much faster. This is the truth of your authentic self…..with love.
So I have finished my book and am in the editing process which seems to take twice as long as the initial “writing of said book.” Why? Well, friends it seems that in a writing madness of trying to not fail to leave out every single pertinent tidbit of useful information, I have sucessfully AND strategically barfed every thought onto each page. Now, I am in the process of refining my work – a much greater challenge then anticipated.
As I reflect on the process, I am left with the desire to make certain I have successfully communicated my intentions regarding my message. (This remains to be seen). The value of my work will depend on how effective I was at teaching the art of becoming eternally infinate navigating grace.
The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. ~Lao Tzu
I am not afraid to share my journey or my steps. As a diligent student of the universe I would elaborate on this powerful quote by saying the first “step” may come in different forms; words, thoughts or actions. It isn’t about how long it is or how far it takes you. The goal is that your first “step” changes your current position. A motivated mind can project a goal from a thousand miles away with little more than faith to get them there.
In one pocket – a goal. In the other pocket – faith. One step at a time, friends……….
